President Kuffour Initiated The “HIPC” ( HIGHLY INDEBTED POOR COUNTRY) Concept, Which Gave Ghana Debts-Forgiving Status. (With That), The Ghanaian Economy Got More Relief From Debt Burden. Our Debt Obligation Funds Were Then Used To Create Many Poverty Alleviation Programs Throughout Rural Ghana. Everyone Felt The Impact. That Is What We Call Leadership For The Future!
