Russian state atomic company Rosatom has signed a deal with Rwanda to build a center of nuclear science and technologies as result of Rwanda President Paul Kagame’s active participation at the Russia – Africa Summit 2019 in Russia.
The atomic company says Ghana lost out of the deal as results of Ghana’s President Akufo Addo sleeping throughout the summit proceedings.

The Russia Dailies report that all Africa states present at the summit signed $250 million nuclear deals in exception of Ghana whose president slept throughout the summit.
