NIESV Lagos Chairman Leads Delegation to Adron Homes, Explores Strategic Real Estate Collaboration

Post by Supreme International Magazine

In a move poised to enhance collaboration and professional integration within Nigeria’s real estate sector, the Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos State Branch, ESV Tosin Kadiri, led a high-level delegation on a courtesy visit to the Chairman of Adron Group, Sir Aare Adetola Emmanuelking, KOF, at the company’s head office.

The visit was centered on exploring strategic partnerships aimed at boosting housing delivery, knowledge exchange, and institutional cooperation between NIESV and Adron Homes, one of Nigeria’s leading property development firms.

Welcoming the NIESV team, Sir Aare Emmanuelking, himself a proud member of the Institute, reflected on his early professional journey in estate management and how it laid the foundation for what would later become Adron Homes—a vision-driven property development company focused not just on building houses, but on creating sustainable communities and cities.

“Adron Homes was not born out of convenience but of a calling,” he said. “This industry is tough, but vision, resilience, and innovation have kept us building and growing.”

He also elaborated on the company’s unique approach to thematic estate branding, drawing from cultural and geographic inspirations, as well as their infrastructure-driven model that prioritizes both functionality and aesthetics.

In response, ESV Tosin Kadiri praised Adron Homes as a “formidable player in Nigeria’s real estate landscape,” acknowledging its impressive footprint across the country. He emphasized the need for structured engagement between Adron Homes and the Institution, particularly in areas such as estate development, facility management, and joint housing schemes for NIESV members.

“Our visit today is a deliberate step toward collaboration,” said Kadiri. “We believe our members can contribute meaningfully to Adron’s ecosystem while also benefitting from the structures already in place.”

Supporting the proposal, the Chairman of the NIESV Cooperative Society suggested the allocation of a dedicated zone within an Adron estate for NIESV members to develop personalized housing projects, tailored to their professional and financial profiles.

“We’ve always enjoyed a cordial relationship with NIESV Lagos, and we’re committed to strengthening this partnership,” he said. “There’s immense potential in what we can build together.”

Other notable members of the NIESV delegation included ESV Ayodeji Odeleye (Vice Chairman), ESV Olaseni Lojede (Honorary Secretary), and other executive members. Representing Adron Group were Managing Director, Adenike Ajobo, Group Company Secretary, Shola Orunmuyiwa, Deputy MD (Business Investment), Chitola Roberts, Chief Press Secretary, Maureen Echefu, and PA to the Chairman, Faruq Salisu.

The meeting ended with both parties expressing a shared vision for professionalized, collaborative real estate development, signaling a new era of mutually beneficial engagement in Nigeria’s housing sector
